Thanks. I’ll do a CT Calcium test within 3 months. Currently looking for a local doctor to order one for me.
Ever since I got high cholesterol I’ve been feeling all sorts of things around my heart area.
These things I feel might have always been there and some sort of confirmation bias and paranoia is making me more sensitive to them.
Or could my arteries actually be clogging?
Is this actually possible? Can you “feel” arteries getting clogged? I imagine this can’t be angina since I regularly have high heart rate from weight lifting and biking several times a week without any difficulty. It’s not pain, just a consciousness of an unusual and momentary feeling in the area (usually when I’m meditating in a fasted state). I imagine it to be turbulent flow in a pipe.
In any case, I think the only way I’ll be at peace is to get a CAC test.
