Would you know the difference between virgin coconut oil and the regular ones? I thought the difference was that virgin coconut oil is pressed straight from the coconut while the “non virgin” is pressed from copra. It turns out vco is also pressed from copra. I know though that that nvco is deodorized. Not sure if bleached, since vco is crystal clear and nvco is yellowish. I’d love to see what goes on in vco and nvco factories.
